Zip through space faster than ever before with 20 new rules for Warp 99! There are few expected rules that tweak things, like =9 or +2, but the real fun comes from all sorts of new rules, like "Higher Even" (you can play any even number that is higher than the one shown on the discard pile) and "Not the Same as any cards in my Personal Card Row" (you can play any number or color that isn't in your Personal Card Row, so your options get smaller the longer your Personal Card Row gets!). There's a rule that let's you play the difference or sum between the two discard piles, and even one that lets you add cards to your Personal Card Row!
