Traintopia: Starting Tile Promo

This promo adds another Starting Tile to the game. Simply mix this tile with the other Starting Tiles before giving each player a random tile as part of setup. This promo was given to retailers at GAMA 2020. Retailers were encouraged to give these to their customers as preorder bonuses.
