Targi: Alternative Border Cards

Mini-expansion containing six (now 12) border cards with alternative rules, replacing the Noble, Trader, Fata Morgana, Silversmith, Caravan and Tribal Expansion cards. I added the new files with all 12 cards in English and German here in the files section. Hope you enjoy them. Andy
