The Officer Cards are a participation prize given to players who participated in Month 3, "Battle of Sector 001," of the Star Trek: Attack Wing Storyline Organized Play Event, The Collective. It is considered a Resource, and costs 3 Squadron Points per officer (up to 4 officers).
