North-Africa (fan expansion for Ticket to Ride)

This time we can heat the engines in North Africa connecting cities like Cairo, Baghdad, Tripoli, Tunis, Addis-Ababa, Marrakech and Monrovia (to name a few). This new inofficial expansion is played with the original Ticket to Ride rules.
