Covenant: Promo Tile

This is a first Era project tile. It grants 2 GP for each house located in halls with gold veins, and 1 VP for each workshop located in black halls. The tile is shown in the rulebook as one of the six first era project tiles, but it's not actually in the core game. Instead, the core game has a tile providing 2 GP for each house located in halls with mythril veins, and 1 VP for each workshop located in black halls.
