This is a promo (Pack B) for Blood Rage produced specifically for the 2016 Kickstarter campaign for The Dice Tower (season 12). This adds a new god with the following ability: "Invading Hili's province with any figure, by any means, costs exactly 1 Rage (regardless of any other cost modifications)."
